We have access to investment bankers with experience in a number of industry verticals in Canada, the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.  Internally, we have deep industry knowledge and are continually in contact with growth companies, key executives, private equity, venture capital, family offices and opinion leaders in their respective industries.

 

We have expansive diligence capabilities, both internal and external and have access to multiple streams of research professionals and industry experts from whom we draw experience.

PMC has an thoughtful and selective investment process. Substantially all transactions require a collaborative effort between our merchant banking team and our our network of industry relationships. These relationships and our evaluation of individual opportunities allow us to complete investments in a highly efficient manner.

Before making an investment, PMC considers potential exit alternatives. We favor investments which are likely to generate multiple exit alternatives within two to five years, including sales to strategic acquirers, recapitalizations and public market liquidity events by way of IPO/RTOs.
